In your test cycle you should triage reviews written by the testers if you have enabled the review feature.
How to Triage Tester Reviews
- Select a product.
- Open the desired test cycle from the Test Cycles tab.
- Open the Reviews tab at the top.
- Open a tester review from the list by clicking on its ID.
- You can have a direct discussion with the tester in the Discussion section at the bottom of the review.
- And you can mark the review as Valuable or Unsatisfactory.
