With any BTS Connection, be sure to thoroughly validate your integration to make sure All Fields and Values are properly matched. Example: Applause may identify Severity level 1 as Low, whereas your company may use level 1 as Critical.
After selecting Rally for your new connector, you will be presented with a number of fields.
- URL - Configure your web-based access to Rally
- User - Case sensitive login credentials for your Rally implementation
- Password - Case sensitive login credentials for your Rally implementation
- Project ID - Case sensitive, must exist in Rally before creating a connector. It's the project ID reported that bugs will be assigned to
Note: The Project name and Applause product name must match verbatim.

Notes and Tips
- For easier tracking, create a new user within your user system with Applause in the name. This will help you quickly locate bugs exported from Applause into Rally
- We do not support two-step authentication at this time, only basic authentication
